Jejak Ingatan (Traces of Memory)

​Grounded in Indonesian roots of navigating power, memory, and erasure, Jejak Ingatan uses fabric to create corporeal archives to embody the historical violence in Indonesia, especially in relation to women's bodies. These corporeal archives give agency to marginalized communities to act as a site of resistance against bodies of powers who control official discourse and determine canonised histories.​
