Framed by “Tubuh-Tanah Air”, the body carries landscapes that have been scarred, deformed, and historically violated. The work employs counter-mapping through melting organza to re-imagine the Indonesian map to emphasize on the violence inflicted on the body and land, challenging dominant cartographic narratives and shifting agency towards marginalized voices.
